Kristina Bezprozvannykh

Kristina is an associate at M&H LLP. She was called to the bar in 2017.

Kristina’s practice focuses on civil litigation, expropriation, land use planning, and real estate. Her representative work includes acting for both private landowners and public authorities. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Ontario Land Tribunal, and the Landlord and Tenant Board.

Prior to joining M&H LLP, Kristina summered and articled at a global law firm in Ottawa and practiced in the litigation groups of two boutique law firms in downtown Toronto, where she represented clients in contractual disputes concerning real estate, leasing, and construction.

Kristina holds both a Juris Doctor and Licentiate in Law from the University of Ottawa. When she’s not working, you can find her hopping from one coffee shop to another in Toronto’s east end in search of the perfect latte.
