M&H LLP is pleased to announce that Aisling Flarity has joined the firm as a new partner.

Before joining M&H LLP, Aisling practiced at a Toronto-based full-service law firm for over six years and then as in-house counsel for a large municipality within the GTHA.  Aisling’s practice focuses on real property litigation, particularly expropriation law. Aisling also has experience in land use planning, boundary and contract disputes, fraud cases, and employment litigation.

Aisling regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal and has appeared before various other administrative boards and tribunals. She has litigated matters before all levels of court up to the Ontario Court of Appeal, and as an advocate in private arbitrations and complex multi-party mediations.  Aisling is a current Director of the Ontario Expropriation Association. She has authored and presented papers for seminars and training sessions on a number of topics, including expropriation and employment law.
